Anne Fildes – Co-Founder
Anne has over 25 years’ experience in leadership development, team engagement and facilitation. Her expertise lies in her ability to craft powerful, relevant and memorable learning experiences. Building on the success of The Mind Gallery (an engagement and corporate team building company) Anne co-founded Size9 which provides clients a unique and engaging learning experience-which ‘gives back’.
Anne’s personal vision is to build leadership and team capability and customer centric organisations while simultaneously capability in the community sector. Anne has crafted learning experiences, leadership development programs, conferences and events for a host of clients including BP, Australia Post, ANZ, NAB, Ericsson, AFL Clubs, AMP, Telstra and a range of not-for-profits and community groups.
Anne brings to Size9 the expertise to quickly gain insight into an organisation’s needs and crafting a unique and creative professional development solution which achieves a return on investment for all involved
Greg Murphy – Co-Founder
Greg has over 25 years’ leadership experience of teams as diverse as field operations, engineering, marketing and change management. He was the Marketing Manager at Origin Energy, and also it’s Head of Business Ventures which entailed leadership for over 5 years of a business incubator to identify, form, grow and mature new innovative enterprises. He has also leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector, volunteering as president of the management committee of a small charitable psychology & social work practice on the Mornington Peninsula.
For Greg, empathy is a frequently neglected cornerstone skill in everything from commercial negotiations and product development to customer service, sales and team formation. A deep and intuitive understanding of the customer or the commercial counterparty is fundamental to productive and competitive outcomes.
Greg’s strength lies in leveraging insight to creatively construct new ways of working, develop new products for selling, and build better relationships for greater shared value.
His desire for Size9 is for it to be a catalyst in growing people and growing organisations in a way that their success builds the community and bridges the gaps of disadvantage.
Samantha has over 25 years as a strategic marketer holding a number of senior marketing roles across a number of industries, including energy, retail, financial services and postal logistics. She has expertise in customer experience, brand, marketing strategy and innovation. As well as having extensive corporate experience, Samantha is also a regular volunteer with a personal vision to use her skills and experience to make a positive impact on people’s lives. Samantha supports Size9 with Customer Experience projects and expertise in designing customer immersions.
