Walk-a-While Program for Leaders

Walk-a-While for Leaders will benefit new or existing people leaders.
- Program Objectives.
A Size9 program equips leaders with the skillset, mindset and toolkit to be able to
- Recognise and manage bias, assumptions and limiting beliefs to make better decisions and develop productive relationships.
- Identify latent stakeholder needs and build collaborative relationships
- Plan, conduct and draw insights from customer or team immersions to deliver benefits such as a better customer experience, better team cohesion, more effective partnerships and products and services which customers actually want or need.
- Embed empathic business practices to grow a customer centric culture in their team
- Program Structure
A Size9 program has three phases:
- Preparation – pre-reading, introduction to empathic practices, Size9 toolkit, assessment, briefing for the immersion),
- Immersion – with a carefully selected community partner – where empathy skills & tools are applied and
- Application – a practical session where participants apply the empathy skills and Size9 Toolkit to the workplace.
- Logistics and Timing
Programs are either of 1, 3 or 5 day duration or spread out over a longer period to complement existing leadership programs. Experiences are usually held in off-site locations. On-site site immersions are available for Conference and Events.
