Change Management Services

Use Size9 to support your digital, people, process or cultural change initiatives. Services include change planning, impact analysis, stakeholder analysis / stakeholder management plans, communication and engagement and training plans. We can work with you for a day, a month or longer term depending on what you need to achieve. We can also support you with a Size9 Project Manager.


Facilitation and Program Design

We design and facilitate a range of workshops including business planning sessions, idea generation, journey mapping, team building, vision and values sessions and traditional learning programs such as customer service, leadership, conflict resolution etc.


Art Alchemy

Size9’s Art Alchemy is a magic blend of artistic process, creative thinking and neuroscience to capture and anchor your workshop theme. This could be your goals, vision, values or purpose. A powerful way to also bring to life planning sessions, leadership development programs or project kick-offs.


Walk-a-while Programs

Walk-a-while Programs are compelling learning experiences, where participants use empathy skills and tools in a practical setting with customer or community groups and charities (e.g. those which support long-term unemployed, refugees, the homeless people living with a disability, and indigenous groups). These programs are a unique way to better understand your stakeholders, customers or community or as part of a  diversity and inclusion initiative.
